The design of the two new residential towers at 1900 Crystal Drive will be a catalyst in the ongoing transformation of National Landing to a human-centric, mixed-use, lively neighborhood. The buildings look to the edge of the district’s wooded parkland along the curving Potomac banks to inform their design and provide an armature for plant life through a series of terrace gardens and loggias. South Tower (pictured above) has a more organic, earthy and playful mood contrasted by North Tower which is more chic and geometric with some pops of color.
